TO EDUCATE CITIZENS OF HORRY COUNTY ON THE NOVEMBER 5 REFERENDUM TO CONTINUE A PENNY TAX TO INVEST IN OUR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGHOUT OUR COUNTY TO KEEP PACE WITH GROWTH AND REDUCE CONGESTION FOR RESIDENTS.
