THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO RESEARCH METHODS, USING OUTCOMES BASED RESEARCH, TO IMPROVE PHYSICIANSOTHER PROVIDERS' UTILIZATION OF CARDIOLOGY PRACTICE GUIDELINES FOR OPTIMAL QUALITY, AS ESTABLISHED AND ENDORSED BY THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF CARDIOLOGY, AT THE POINT OF PATIENT CARE.
