THE ORGANIZATION IS A LABOR RELATIONS RESOURCE THAT MAINTAINS EMPLOYER AND UNION SPONSORED TAFT-HARTLEY BENEFIT PLANS FOR SIGNATORY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. IT ALSO PROVIDES COLLECTIVE VOICE, EDUCATION, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TRUSTEES.
