COORDINATE AND/OR PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES & TRAINING TO FAYETTEVILLE METROPOLITAN HSG AUTHORITY (FMHA) RESIDENTS THROUGH THE FMHA JOB SKILLS TRAINING/PRE-APPRENTICESHIP PILOT PROGRAM, & ANY & ALL FUTURE PROGRAMS CREATED TO PROMOTE THE CHARITABLE & EDUCATIONAL TRAINING OF FMHA RESIDENTS, AS SUCH PROGRAMS MAY OR MAY NOT BE PERFORMED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HUD ROSS PROGRAM OR ANY RELATED AUTHORITIES (THE RESIDENT TRAINING PROGRAM).
