Mission
Since 2009, hundreds of trained, caring community volunteers provide transportation services and a variety of life changing programs that promote independence and enhance the quality of life for Neighbors: older adults aging in place and persons with disabling conditions who reside in the Foothills community which includes rural Maricopa County, North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale, a 256 square mile geographic area.
