TO PROVIDE RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR ITS VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER MEMBERS. THROUGH ITS LAWFUL GAMBLING OPERATION IT PROVIDES FUNDS FOR ASSISTING THE CITY IN PURCHASING FIRE EQUIPMENT, BUILDING MANAGEMENT, AND YOUTH COMMUNITY PROJECTS.
