THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO FOSTER THESE QUALITIES WITHIN EACH INDIVIDUAL CHILD IN A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT. THE ORGANIZATION WILL NOT PLACE A PRIORITY ON WINNING AND WILL NOT TOLERATE A WIN AT ALL COSTS ATTITUDE AMONG ITS MEMBERSHIP.
