TO BUILD AN AQUATIC & WELLNESS CENTER BY RAISING FUNDS THROUGH A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN AND USE THOSE FUNDS TO BUILD THE CENTER WHICH WILL BE USED FOR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND TRAINING FOR THE COMMUNITY, SCHOOLS, REHABILITATIONS PROGRAMS, TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION CLASSES FOR THE NORTHEAST INDIANA AREA.
