THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH GENERAL, KINSHIP, PRE/POST ADOPTIVE, FOSTER YOUTH WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND FIRST FAMILIES ON SAFETY PLANS. WE BELIEVE IN HEALTHY REUNIFICATION AND STRIVE TO HELP MAKE THAT POSSIBLE WHEN WE CAN.
