Mission
ADDRESSING THE UNMET HEALTH NEEDS OF KENTUCKIANS BY DEVELOPING AND INFLUENCING POLICY, IMPROVING ACCESS TO CARE, REDUCING HEALTH RISKS AND DISPARITIES, AND PROMOTING HEALTH EQUITY. THE FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS, CONDUCTS CAMPAIGNS, SUPPORTS RESEARCH, HOLDS EDUCATIONAL FORUMS AND CONVENES COMMUNITIES TO ENGAGE AND DEVELOP THE CAPACITY OF THE COMMONWEALTH TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF ALL KENTUCKIANS.
