THE FOUNDATION'S TAX EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND FACILITATE PHYSICIAN ACCESS TO QUALITY CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION THROUGH FACET'S ACCREDITED CME PROGRAM. THE ACTIVITIES WILL UPDATE PHYSICIANS ON NEW DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT MODALITIES, IMPROVE CLINICAL SKILLS, AND IMPROVE PATIENT OUTCOMES.
