TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SPECIAL EDUCATION, ARCHDIOCESE OF ST. LOUIS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO THE DEPARTMENT FOR GENERAL PURPOSES AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEEDY STUDENTS.
