THE FOUNDATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DEFENSE COUNSEL WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND THE LEGAL COMMUNITY ON CURRENT LITIGATION ISSUES AND SUPPORTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM BY PROVIDING FORUMS FOR DISCUSSION ON TOPICS CRITICAL TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM.
