IS TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PLAYERS, COACHES, PARENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY OF FRANKFORT, ILLINOIS TO DEVELOP A STRONG FOUNDATION IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE GAMES OF BASEBALL AND TO FOSTER THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND RESPECT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN AN ENJOYABLE AND ORGANIZED MANNER.
