FCSC IS A COMMUNITY-BASED CENTER AVAILABLE TO ALL SENIOR CITIZENS REGARDLESS OF INCOME; FULFILLING CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND NUTRITIONAL NEEDS, BUILDING BELONGING AND CONNECTEDNESS, AND HELPING TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AND AGING BY OFFERING A COMPREHENSIVE MENU OF PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
