IT IS A LEARNING CENTER THAT SEEKS TO EDUCATE STUDENTS AND THE VISITING PUBLIC ABOUT THE HERITAGE OF THE MEN AND WOMEN, FROM ALL STATIONS OF LIFE, WHO SHAPED THE FREDERICKSBURG REGION AND ITS ROLE IN THE NATION'S DEVELOPMENT.
