TOGETHER WITH THE ISRAELI SCOUTS AND THE JEWISH AGENCY FOR ISRAEL, THEY PROMOTE SEASONAL PROGRAMS IN BOTH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND ISRAEL.
