THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES, THE GARDEN WILL FOSTER AN APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PEOPLE AND NATURE AND WILL ENCOURAGE A SENSE OF STEWARDSHIP TOWARD THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.
