The purpose of the corporation is to receive, invest and expend donated non-state appropriated funds to assist in the preservation and improvement of the Governor's Mansion of the State of Oklahoma and its grounds and structures upon such grounds; to purchase furniture, furnishings and other property necessary or appropriate for the occupancy of such Governor's Mansion,grounds and structures; and, to educate the general public regarding the history of the Governor's Mansion and the State of Oklahoma. The corporation shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
