Mission

The Friends of the Mozartina is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, cultural and educational organization that owns and operates the 1885 Tarrytown Music Hall, a building listed on the National Register for Historic Places. Our mission is three-fold: to present diverse and relevant programming in music, theater, dance and film for the enrichment of the tri-state community; to promote arts education through classes, partnerships, performing opportunities and residencies; and to preserve and restore the historic Music Hall so that it may continue to be a vibrant performing arts center and economic engine for the area.
