THE TRAIL WILL CONNECT NEIGHBORHOODS, PARKS, WATER AND MARSH VIEWS, NATURE PRESERVES, CULTURAL FEATURES, HISTORIC SITES AND BUSINESSES FOR RECREATION, TRANSPORTATION AND CONSERVATION PURPOSES.
