THE ORGANIZATION IS A FLORIDA CHARTER SCHOOL AS PROVIDED FOR AND BY FLORIDA STATUTES. THE SCHOOL IS AUTHORIZED BY AND UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES EDUCATION FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ARTS AND THEATER.
