THE GEIST LAKE COALITION SHALL PROMOTE AND FOSTER THE SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE RECREATIONAL USE OF GEIST LAKE BY ALL CONSTITUENCIES AND THE PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF LAND VALUES AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL GEIST LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS.
