A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, RUN WHOLLY BY VOLUNTEERS, THE GERMAN-AMERICAN CLUB IS A SOCIETY OF SINGERS WHICH PROMOTES THE MUSICAL AND CULTURAL EDUCATION OF ITS MEMBERS AND FOSTERS AND CULTIVATES THE SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL RELATIONS AMONG THEM, BROADENS INTEREST IN SINGING AND MUSIC, AND PERFORMS CONCERTS AND MUSICAL RECITALS. THE CLUB HOUSE, WHICH CAN BE RENTED BY THE PUBLIC, INCLUDES A DANCEHALL, GERMAN ARTIFACTS AND MEMORABILIA, KITCHEN FACILITIES, AND PICNIC GROUNDS.
