Through data-driven advocacy, collaboration, and capacity building, we empower healthcare providers and patient organizations to advance disease-specific and cross-disease initiatives, improving outcomes for people living with sickle cell & other inherited blood disorders, regardless of where they are in the world1. GANSID's programs include:-Education and capacity building program: -Educating and building capacity of clinicians and patient organizations serving people affected by inherited blood disorders by creating online modules for educating patient organizations to become seasoned leaders and advocates, mentoring opportunities for clinicians and delivering workshops-Developing booklets and other resources for patient organizations-Mentorship and training for clinicians-Annual Congress 2.
