This partnership of the Dioceses of the Episcopal Chruch making global mission a priority in diocesan life engages in these activities: 45% of the time: An annual education institute held yearly since 1996 is open to all people interested in gaining a better understanding and a more active participation in the Episcopal Churchs global mission. A volunteer board and a part time executive director plan this institute. 35% of the time: Preparing Diocesan resources. A handbook has been prepared to assist dioceses in both sending and receiving missionaries assists dioceses in organizing and training of local diocesan committees publishes a publication entitled "Facets" to provide dioceses with articles reviews and thought pieces of interest on mission work. Primarily done by the executive director. 20% of the time: Diocesan mission expansion soliciting diocesan membership in global episcopal mission with changing bishops. Providing presence at Episcopal General Assembly.
