Mission
GLW Children's Council works collaboratively with officers, employees, and volunteers to plan, implement, evaluate and refine strategies proven to prevent the occurrence and/or significantly reduce the incidence of substance abuse and other unhealthy behaviors among youth and families in Garfield, Loup and Wheeler counties in Nebraska.
