GOLF TO DEFEAT ALS IS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY. WE RAISE FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR ALS (AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS), ALSO KNOWN AS LOU GEHRIG'S DISEASE. THROUGH OUR ANNUAL GOLF OUTING. PROCEEDS FROM THE EVENT ARE DONATED TO OUR LOCAL ALS ASSOCIATION WHICH IS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES VITAL CARE SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT, ALL FREE OF CHARGE, TO THOSE BATTLING ALS.
