BARRIERS INCLUDE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES, LACK OF EDUCATION AND JOB PREPARATION, SOCIO-ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGES, AND OTHERS. GOODWILL PROVIDES COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, CASE MANAGEMENT, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, AND SUPPORTIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH BARRIERS. GOODWILL'S PROGRAMS HELP INDIVIDUALS FIND AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT, AND ATTAIN THE TRAINING THEY NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
