THIS FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS OF THE GRAIN ELEVATOR AND PROCESSING SOCIETY AND THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS MEMBERS.
