GREENLINE HOUSING FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE GRANTS FOR DOWN PAYMENTS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS OF COLOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING A HOME IN AN EFFORT TO CLOSE THE RACIAL WEALTH GAP AND FACILITATE ACCESS TO MINORITY HOMEOWNERSHIP. THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL EDUCATION AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING A DOWN PAYMENT OR HOME MAINTENANCE GRANT.
