GREENLINE HOUSING FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE GRANTS FOR DOWN PAYMENTS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS OF COLOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING A HOME IN AN EFFORT TO CLOSE THE RACIAL WEALTH GAP AND FACILITATE ACCESS TO MINORITY HOMEOWNERSHIP. THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE GRANTS FOR HOME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS OF COLOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOME REPAIRS AND/OR IMPROVEMENTS. THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL EDUCATION AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING A DOWN PAYMENT OR HOME MAINTENANCE GRANT.
