THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) UNDER SECTION 207 PURUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
