THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE TO FUND INAUGURATION CELEBRATIONS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE COLORADO SECRETARY OF STATE, FOLLOWING THE 2022 GENERAL ELECTION; TO HIGHLIGHT COLORADO'S ELECTION MODEL; PROMOTE VOTE-BY-MAIL POLICIES; SUPPORT VOTING RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY REFORM; COMMUNICATE FACTS ON ELECTIONS AND CORRECT MISINFORMATION; AND FOR OTHER RELATED PURPOSES.
