TO PROVIDE ALL MEMBERS WITH A LOCATION TO BE USED AT ANY TIME FOR THE PURPOSES OF RELIEVING STRESS. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE AN ATMOSPHERE WHERE MEMBERS HAVE A LOCATION WITH CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE SUITABLE TO THE WELFARE OF EACH MEMBER.
