GUILD ATHLETIC CLUB

Mission

The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. In furtherance thereof, a substantial part of the activities of the Corporation shall be to encourage and facilitate recreation, athletics, and sociability among its membership and their families, and to foster charity toward the unfortunate and to promote fellowship and scholarship in our commlinity, we provide scholarships and charitable donations to underprivileged students in our community and local churches and organizations that provide for the needy.
