GULF COAST PARTNERSHIP, INC. (THE ORGANIZATION) MISSION IS TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION IS A DEPARTMENT OF HUD LEAD AGENCY ON HOMELESSNESS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THE ORGANIZATION IS FUNDED THROUGH A VARIETY OF SOURCES, INCLUDING FEDERAL AND STATE CONTRACTS, CHARLOTTE COUNTY GOVERNMENT GRANT, VARIOUS FUNDRAISING EVENTS SPONSORED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND PRIVATE GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS.
