THE GULF STREAM BATH AND TENNIS CLUB IS A SOCIAL CLUB THE TAX EXEMPT PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATION OF A PRIVATE RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL CLUB WITH CERTAIN BEACH, TENNIS, FITNESS, RESTAURANT, SWIMMING AND RELATED FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF MEMBERS OF THE CLUB AND THEIR GUESTS.
