THE H.L. SNYDER MEDICIAL FOUNDATION, HOWARD E. SNYDER ENDOWMENT TRUST IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO THE H.L. SNYDER MEDICAL FOUNDATION, AN IRC 501 (C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THEREFORE, THE TRUST IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE FOUNDATION. PURSUANT TO ITS TERMS, THE TRUST MAKES PAYMENT OF NET INCOME OF THE TRUST TO THE FOUNDATION TO BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE AND RESEARCH PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED.
