TO PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, BIRTH TO AGE 21, DIAGNOSED WITH A LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESS. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH PROGRAMS INCLUDING RESPITE, HOSPITAL VISITATION, PEER SUPPORT, FAMILY RESOURCES AND REFERRALS.
