Mission
HAITI DESIGN COLLECTIVE'S MISSION IS TO BRING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH DESIGN, TRAINING AND JOB CREATION. EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN-HOUSE IN ARTISAN CRAFTING, INCLUDING LEATHERWORK, SEWING AND JEWELRY MAKING. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE SKILL TRAINING, CONSISTENT EMPLOYMENT AND RESOURCES FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
