HAPPY TRAILS FOR KIDS BELIEVES THAT FOSTERING CONTINUITY AND BELONGING THROUGH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY IS A CRITICAL INTERVENTION IN COMBATING THE CHALLENGES OF FOSTER CARE AND PROMOTING SUCCESS.
