OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES THAT PREVENT THE HARM ASSOCIATED WITH DRUG USE IN ORANGE COUNTY. THIS INCLUDES PREVENTING OVERDOSES AND DECREASING THE SPREAD OF DISEASES.
