THE PTO ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE WELFARE OF STUDENTS IN HOME, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROMOTE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN PARENTS AND TEACHERS. IN ADDITION, THE PTO SPONSORS FUNDRAISERS TO PROMOTE PROGRAMS AND IMPROVEMENTS AT HARVEST RIDGE ELEMENTARY.
