TO PROVIDE ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES TO PERSONS 50 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER IN ORDER TO HELP IN THE CONSTRUCTIVE USE OF LEISURE TIME AND PROVIDE RECREATION, AND TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO HOMEBOUND SENIOR CITIZENS AS WELL.
