THE HAVE A BALL FOUNDATION, ESTABLISHED IN 2005, IS A CHARITABLE NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROMOTE AWARENESS, EDUCATE AND SUPPORT CANCER SURVIVORS, THEIR SPOUSES, AND FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT THE ISSUE RELATED TO CANCER.
