The primary exempt purpose of Have A Heart Pet Shelter is to bring comfort and aid to animals that have been cast aside and to find them exceptional homes where they may live out their lives as family members. All animals that are adopted from our facility are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and routine vaccinations, thus we are working to curb the problem of pet overpopulation and substandard routine pet care in Marion County, Arkansas. We also provide low cost spay and neuter services.
