Health Care Education and Training, Inc. (HCET), is a nonprofit agency which provides quality comprehensive program development, education, and training to improve reproductive and sexual health outcomes. HCET serves professionals, health care systems, and communities primarily in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
