The Collaborative is dedicated to informing and empowering communities of color on the issues of disparity in mental, oral and physical health, education, child welfare, juvenile justice and economic security. We work to create a geographically diverse coalition to address system change through civic engagement, policy and infrastructure development and funding/resource development.
