TO ASSIST THE COMMUNITY AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES IN RESCUING AND REHABILITATING EQUINES THAT ARE NEGLECTED AND ABUSED, TO PROVIDE REHOMING SERVICES FOR THOSE EQUINES RESCUED AND SUCCESSFULLY REHABILITATED, AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION REGARDING EQUINE STANDARDS OF CARE TO THE COMMUNITY AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.
