TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, HANDICAPPED, ELDERLY, AND DIALYSIS PATIENTS. BY COORDINATING WITH STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, THE AGENCY PROVIDES QUALITY TRANSPORTATION AND REDUCES THE COSTS TO THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
